A statement that distills what change you desire in your attendees when reckoning your organizational purpose, your temporal climate, and organizational dynamics.
How is purpose engagement measured? How could the desired change be tracked and analyzed?
Who are your primary attendee? What is their role/? Are there significant secondary attendees?
What is keeping attendees from this desired change position now? What pains, fears, frustrations might they have? What do they need to learn or unlearn?
What expectations do your attendees have for this event? Are there previous experiences that shape their expectations? What has been communicated?
Cost and Commitment
What sacrifices do attendees have to make to attend this event (e.g. - time, monetary cost, expenses)?
Attendee Needs Statement
Considering the obstacles, expectations, and cost, what do the attendees need to experience most through this experience? Please limit to three key needs.
How will attendee be current needs determined and how can we have measured change?
What are the most critical outcome objectives that you envision attendees would gain from this experience? What benefits will they receive during and after the experience? u000b List up to between 3-7 gains.
Considering the desired corporate change and the attendee needs statements, identify a short statement (1-6 words) that embodies a message that will resonate with your attendees. This statement can be attendee-facing or simply an undercurrent that informs decision-making in the design and planning of the event.
How will the critical outcome objectives by measured?
What is the location or locations of considerations for this experience? How is the location contributing to the XV?
What is the duration? How does the duration factor in the XV?
When is the event? What time of year and why? How does the events dates contribute to the XV?
How would you categorize the primary designations of time in the types of experiences the attendees will have (do not factor in breaks, sleeping, or moving)?
How will the satisfaction be measured?
